La Redoute UK is a French Fashion store with designer clothes at fantastic prices - well that is how they talk about themselves anyway. But they are so much more than that with a great homewear section as well.
The site is simply structured with obvious navigation bars followed by sub navigation as well making the experience of travelling through the website as enjoyable as browsing round a high street shop. The designers of the website obviously have the same flare as the product designers as the whole site could grow legs and walk down a catwalk too!
One really superb thing about the store is the function that lets you see whether a product, in your size and required colour, is in stock - there is nothing more frustrating than putting together a shopping basket of great items then getting to the checkout to find they don't have your size, or that they send you pink when you wanted red because red was out of stock!
The only downside to the site as we mention in the review is the cost of delivery & returns - but don't let this put you off, as the prices on the site are so good that the extra couple of pounds really doesn't make too much difference.
